This plastic newspaper cover was inflated by the wind and spinning rapidly, reflecting sunlight as it raced along. It seemed to take the form of fire that day as a tangible expression of the wind. A slow ISO and shutter speed produced this effect. This photograph is otherwise largely unedited.
